Hand in Hand Schools Made an Impact in Ithaca

Lee Gordon of Hand in Hand Schools in Israel

From co-founder, Lee Gordon, on his visit to Ithaca:
"I want to thank you for hosting me in Ithaca, for arranging everything, and for giving me that wonderful opportunity to share something about Hand in Hand in your community. I felt warmly received and learned a lot about the Ithaca Jewish community. The questions people asked were wonderful and showed interest and concern about the issues and I hope I was able to convey some of my passion for Hand in Hand and our work."
Lee Gordon is co-founder of Hand in Hand: Center for Jewish-Arab Education in Israel,. Starting with just 50 students in 1998, Hand in Hand now has six campuses and over 1850 Jewish and Arab students attending, and is making a growing impact in Israel for Jewish-Arab partnership and coexistence.
